Billy Vigil served in the Korean war. He was wounded in the field and was awarded a purple heart. Billy is a very kind hearted and giving man. He is very involved in his community and cares for everyone who lives in it. He's a retired teacher from Questa Independent Schools, a volunteer fireman for the Costilla Fire Department and an active member of the Costilla Community Association. As a father and grandfather, he has taken care of his family to the very best of his abilities. Always putting family first and making sure the entire family is okay. His roof is now getting old and leaky and having it replaced would be a great gift to him. I believe he deserves to have some of his pay it forward attitude, repaid.
