1. HOW TO ENTER
Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus Fun Pack Giveaway will begin on Monday, July 29, 2013 at 12:01:00 am and end on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 12:01:00 am local time in Albuquerque, NM.
Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey’s “Greatest Show on Earth,” elephants and all, is scheduled for five performances at the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho Aug. 8 through Aug. 11th. The circus will feature Asian elephants, camels, knife throwing and high wire acts, gymnasts and acrobats.
All performances will be held at the Santa Ana Star Center, 3001 Civic Center, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87144 (p) 505-891-7300.

HOW TO ENTER
a. There is one phase to the contest and ten (10) Fun Pack winners. The Winners will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received.
b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s): Contestants must log onto KASA.com, "Contests", and click on Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus Fun Pack Giveaway to fill out an entry form to register to win.
c. KRQE | KASA, “The Station is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.”
d. One Entry per person, per day for this contest.
Dates of entry begin on Monday, July 29, 2013 at 12:01:00 am and end on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 12:01:00 am local time in Albuquerque, NM.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to all KRQE | KASA viewers who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in KRQE | KASA viewing area. Employees of KRQE | KASA (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the KRQE | KASA viewing area and the members of their immediate families [AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS] are ineligible to participate or win. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.
3. PRIZES
There will be ten (10) winners selected at random on Wednesday, August 7, 2013
by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received.
Each winner will receive the following prizes
Prize description:
- Passes good for four (4) Reserved Seat Tickets to one of five performances beginning Thursday, August 8th with the last performance on Sunday, August 11th.
- Please note: winners will be given passes to exchange for Reserved Seat Tickets at the Box Office. Subject to ticket availability. Additional adjacent seats may be purchase at full price when passes are exchanged. For the best seats, winners are encouraged to exchange as soon as possible.
- Fun pack includes: Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus Program, one (1) Tambourine, one (1) plastic toy elephant, one (1) disposable camera
The approximate retail value of each Fun Pack is $115.00.
- All performances will be held at the Santa Ana Star Center, 3001 Civic Center, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87144 (p) 505 -891-7300.
b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below by 5:00 pm, Thursday, August 8th, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED, AS APPLICABLE.
c. Winners need not be present to win. The drawing will occur on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 after 9:00 am and the winners will be notified by email the same day.
d. The Winners will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received. The winners will be notified on the date listed above via email. The winners will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed by 5:00 pm on Thursday, August 8, 2013. The unclaimed prize packages will be returned to Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus.
5. CONDITIONS
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
e. Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.
f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
g. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KRQE | KASA - 13 Broadcast Plaza, Albuquerque New Mexico 87104.
