1. HOW TO ENTER
Escape to Buffalo Thunder Contest will begin on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 12:01:00 am and end on Monday, September 30, 2013 at 12:01:00 am local time in Albuquerque, NM. Enter to win a trip for two, which includes a two-night stay in Buffalo Thunder Resort’s unique and luxurious Santa Fe lodging and accommodations, two dinners, and a round of golf.

There is one phase to the contest and one winner. The Winner will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received.
b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s): Contestants must log onto KASA.com, "Contests", and click on Escape to Buffalo Thunder Contest to fill out an entry form to register to win.
c. KRQE | KASA, “The Station is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.”
d. One Entry per person, per day for this contest.
Dates of entry begin on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 12:01:00 am and end on Monday, September 30, 2013 at 12:01:00 am local time in Albuquerque, NM.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to all KRQE | KASA viewers who are 21 years of age or older and who legally reside in KRQE | KASA viewing area. Employees of KRQE | KASA (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the KRQE | KASA viewing area and the members of their immediate families [AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS] are ineligible to participate or win. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.
3. PRIZES
There will be one winner selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received.
The winner will receive the following prize related to Escape to Buffalo Thunder Contest.
Prize description:
Two night stay at Buffalo Thunder Resort, double occupancy – retail value - $440.00
Round of golf for two at the Towa Golf Club – retail value - $160.00
Red Sage Restaurant Voucher – retail value - $100.00
Turquoise Trail Restaurant Voucher – retail value - $50
Retail value of prize package is $750

b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below.
c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED, AS APPLICABLE.
c. Winner need not be present to win. The drawing will occur on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 after 9:00 am and the winner will be notified by email the same day.
d. The Winner will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received. The winner will be notified on the date listed above via email. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed by 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 31, 2013. The unclaimed prize package will be returned to Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino.
5. CONDITIONS
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
e. Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.
f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
g. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KRQE | KASA - 13 Broadcast Plaza, Albuquerque New Mexico 87104.
