The Dairy Queen Lady Lobos Ticket Giveaway will begin on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 12:01:00 am and end on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 12:01:00 am

There are 21 Total prizes, One Grand Prize of One (1) four-pack of Lobo Level tickets and twenty Runner Up, four packs of Bench Level tickets to see the Lady Lobos vs. New Mexico State Aggies at the University of New Mexico Basketball Arena, “The Pit”, on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 7:00 pm (MST). The Pit is located on the southwest corner of Avenida Cesar Chavez and University Boulevard, 505.925.5608.

There is one phase to the contest and 21 winners. The Winners will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received.
b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s): Contestants must log onto KASA.com, "Contests", and click on Dairy Queen Lady Lobo Ticket Giveaway to register to win.
c. KRQE | KASA, “The Station is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.”
d. One Entry per person, per day for this contest.
Dates of entry begin Friday, December 22, 2013 at 12:01:00 am and end on Thursday, December 5, 2013 12:01:00 am
ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to all KRQE | KASA viewers who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in KRQE | KASA viewing area. Employees of KRQE | KASA (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the KRQE | KASA viewing area and the members of their immediate families [AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS] are ineligible to participate or win. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.
PRIZES
On Friday, December 6, 2013 at approximately 9:00 am, there will be 21 winners selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received.
There will be one Grand Prize Winner and twenty Runner Up Winners.
The winners will receive the following prizes related to the Dairy Queen Lady Lobos Ticket Giveaway.
The Grand Prize Winner will be selected first, one (1) Lobo Level four-pack of tickets to University Arena, “The Pit”, on Saturday, December 7, 2013. The approximate retail value is $68.00.
There are twenty Runner Up prizes to be selected after the Grand Prize Winner. The Runner Up Prizes are twenty (20) Bench Level four-packs of tickets to University Arena, “The Pit”, on Saturday, December 7, 2013. The approximate retail value is $36.00 for each pack.
The Grand Prize and Runner Up tickets are Reserved Seats and may not be used or exchanged for any game other than the one designated on the ticket.
b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. There is a very short turnaround time to pick up these tickets. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed by 5:00 pm on Friday, December 6, 2013.
c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED, AS APPLICABLE.
c. Winner need not be present to win. The drawing will occur on Friday, December 6, 2013 at approximately 9:00 am. The winner will be notified via email on Friday, December 6, 2013 after 9:00:00 am.
d. The Winner will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received. The winner will be notified on the date listed above via email. There is a very short turnaround time to pick up these tickets. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed by 5:00 pm on Friday, December 6, 2013. Unclaimed tickets will be returned to the sponsor.
CONDITIONS
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
e. Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.
f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
g. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KRQE | KASA - 13 Broadcast Plaza, Albuquerque New Mexico 87104.
