HOW TO ENTER

1. The 2KASA Sesame Street Live Ticket Giveaway will begin on Monday, November 25, 2013 at 12:01:00 am and end on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 11:59:59 pm local time in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Enter to win a family 4 pack of tickets to attend one of the Sesame Street Live performances at Santa Ana Star Center being presented Friday, December 6, 2013 – Sunday, December 8, 2013. There will be ten (10) winners. The winners will be picked on Thursday, December 5, 2013 by 9:00am, selected by UPICKEM. Winner will be contacted by email and will receive a Contestant Affidavit that must be signed and returned by email or fax to KASA by Friday, December 6, 2013 by 12:00pm MST to: carolyn.rush@krqe.com or fax to 505-764-5239. All tickets are to be claimed at WILL CALL the day of the performance of the winner’s choice at the Santa Ana Star Center Box Office.  Tickets will not be available at WILL CALL if the Contestant Affidavit has not been received by KASA by Friday at 12:00pm local time in Albuquerque, NM.

    

2. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s):  Contestants must log onto the 2KASA Facebook page at www.facebook.com/2KASAFOX and like the page. Once you “like” the page you will be required to complete a registration form to enter into the contest drawing for a Family 4 Pack of Tickets to one of the Sesame Street Live performances.

    

3. KASA, “The Station is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.”

    

4. One Entry per person, per day for this contest. Dates of entry begin on Monday, November 25, 2013 at 12:01:00 am and end on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 11:59:59 pm local time in Albuquerque, NM.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

1. The contest is open to all KASA viewers who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in the KASA viewing area.  Employees of KASA (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the KASA viewing area and the members of their immediate families (AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS) are ineligible to participate or win.  Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.

    

2. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.

PRIZES

1. There will be 10 winners that will each receive one Family 4 pack of tickets, a retail value of $82.00.  The winners are selected at random by UPICKEM from all eligible registrations received on the 2KASA Facebook page. The winners will be drawn on Thursday, December 5, 2013 by 9:00 am Albuquerque, NM time. All winners will be notified on Thursday, December 5, 2013 by email.  Seat location of the tickets is at the discretion of the sponsor.

1. All tickets will be redeemed at Will Call on the night of the performance of winner’s choice at the Santa Ana Center box office. The Station is not responsible for any loss or discrepancies that may occur at the Box Office. Tickets will not be available at WILL CALL if the Contestant Affidavit has not been received by KASA on Friday, December 6, 2013 by noon in the viewing area.

    

2. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash.  The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses.  Other restrictions may apply.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

1. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.

    

2. Winner need not be present to win.  The drawing will occur on Thursday, December 5, 2013 after 9:00 am and the winner will be notified by email the same day.

    

3. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received, as applicable.

    

4. The winners will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received.  The winners will be notified on the date listed above via email.  The winners will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed by

3:00 PM on Sunday, December 8, 2013.

CONDITIONS

1. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners.  Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

    

2. By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.  The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.

    

3. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

    

4. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.”

    

5. Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

    

6. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

    

7. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of 2KASA – 13 Broadcast Plaza, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87014.
