1.             HOW TO ENTER

a.             The New Mexico CW ROT Tee Shirt Giveaway will begin on Monday, December 16, 2013 12:01:00 am and end on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 11:59:59pm local time in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Enter to win a 3 pack of tee shirts (ROT – Reign/The Originals/The Tomorrow People) from 3 of the most popular shows on New Mexico CW. There will be forty (40) winners selected on Monday, December 23, 2013 from all entries received from Monday, December 16, 2013 through Friday, December 20, 2013 selected at random by UPICKEM. All unclaimed or unused tee shirts will be kept by New Mexico CW (KWBQ) for promotional use other than this contest.

b.             To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s):  Contestants must log onto the New Mexico CW Facebook page at www.facebook.com/newmexcioscw and like the page. Once you “like” the page you will be required to create an account or log in to your account to enter into the contest drawing for the New Mexico CW ROT three pack of tee shirts.

c.             KWBQ, “The Station is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.”

d.             One Entry per person, per hour for this contest. Dates of entry begin on Monday, December 16, 2013 at 12:01:00 am and end on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 11:59:59 pm local time in Albuquerque, NM.

2.             ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a.             The contest is open to all New Mexico CW viewers who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in the KWBQ viewing area. Employees of KWBQ (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the KWBQ viewing area and the members of their immediate families [AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS] are ineligible to participate or win. Winners are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.

b.             Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.

3.             PRIZES

a.             There will be 40 winners that will each receive a free three pack of tee shirts, with a retail value of approximately 45 dollars. The tee shirts are size small, medium, X large. Winners will receive sizes based on availability. The winners are selected at random by UPICKEM from all registrations received on the New Mexico CW Facebook page. The drawing will occur on Monday, December 23, 2013 at approximately 9:30 am Albuquerque, NM time. A total of 40 winners will be selected. All entries received starting Monday, December 16, 2013 through Friday, December 20, 2013 will be included in the drawing.

b.             All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below.  The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed by Tuesday, December 31, 2013. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss.  The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.  

c.             There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash.  The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses.  Other restrictions may apply.

4.             WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a.             Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.

b.             Winner need not be present to win. The drawing will occur on Monday, at approximately 9:30 am Albuquerque, NM time Monday, December 23, 2013. A total of 40 winners will be selected. All entries received starting Monday, December 16, 2013 at 12:01:00 am through Friday, December 20, 2013 at 11:59:59 pm Albuquerque, NM time will be included in each days drawing pool.

c.             Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received, as applicable.

d.             The winners will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received. The winners will be notified on the day their name is drawn via email. The winners will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 31, 2013.

5.             CONDITIONS

a.             Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners.  Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b.             By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.  The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.

c.             Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

d.             The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.”

e.             Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

f.              The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

g.             Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of New Mexico CW - KWBQ – 13 Broadcast Plaza, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87104.

h.             Each entrant or participant must acknowledge the release of Facebook of any responsibility regarding the Animation Domination Tee Shirt Giveaway when completing the registration to enter. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants or participants are providing information to KWBQ and not to Facebook.
