HOW TO ENTER
The 2KASA Summer Nights Concert Series at the Botanic Gardens Ticket Giveaway will begin on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 12:01:00 am and end on Friday, June 22, 2014 at 9:00 am. Enter each week during the contest dates for a chance to win a Summer Nights Concert Family 4-Pack for one of the weekly concerts on Thursday nights from June 12, 2014 – August 28, 2014 at the BioPark Botanic Garden. There is not a concert on July 3, 2014.
Bring the family out to listen to some great music and enjoy the sites at Botanic Garden. Summer Nights musical concerts highlight local and regional talent in the beautiful ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden.
There will be 10 winners of Family 4 packs each week of the Series, except the week of June 30th, as there is not a concert on July 3, 2014. Each week the winners will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received during that week, Monday 12:00pm – Friday 9:00am.
To participate in the contest, the only way to enter is via the following method(s): Contestants must log onto KASA.com, "Contests", and click on Summer Nights Concert Series Ticket Giveaway to register to win.
KASA, “The Station is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.”
One entry per person, per week allowed for this contest. Dates of entry for the series begin Monday, June 2 at 12:01:00 am and end on Friday, June 22, 2014 at 9:00 am.

Concert 1 – Monday, June 2, 2014 at 12:00:00 am – Friday, June 6, 2014 at 9:00:00am. For the concert on Thursday, June 12, 2014.
Concert 2 – Monday, June 9, 2014 at 12:00:00am – Friday, June 13, 2014 at 9:00:00am.For the concert on Thursday, June 19, 2014.
Concert 3 – Monday, June 16, 2014 at 12:00:00am – Friday, June 20, 2014 at 9:00:00am. For the concert on Thursday, June 26, 2014.
Concert 4 – Monday, June 30, 2014 at 12:00:00am – Friday, July 4, 2014 at 9:00:00am. For the concert on Thursday, July 10, 2014.
Concert 5 – Monday, July 7, 2014 at 12:00:00am – Friday, July 11, 2014 at 9:00:00am. For the concert on

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
The contest is open to all KASA viewers who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in KASA viewing area. Employees of KASA (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the KASA viewing area and the members of their immediate families [AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS] are ineligible to participate or win. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.
PRIZES
On Friday, June 6, June 13, June 20, Monday, July 7, Friday, July 11, July 18, July 25, August 1, August 8, August 15, August 22, 2014 at approximately 9:00 am, there will be 10 winners selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received for that week period. The winners will receive the following prizes related to the Ticket Giveaway for that week. Each winner will receive one Family 4-Pack of tickets for that week’s concert at the Summer Nights Concert Series at the Albuquerque BioPark Botanic Garden located at 2601 Central Ave NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104. The tickets are good for entry to the Botanic Gardens and for all events during the day as well as the concert. The retail value of each prize is $50.00. The tickets may not be used or exchanged for any event or performance other than the one designated on the ticket. There will be a total of 440 tickets given away during the time period of June 6, 2014 – August 22, 2014 for a total value of $5,500.
b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. There is a very short turnaround time to pick up these tickets. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed by 5:00 pm on Thursday, the day of the concert for the particular week tickets were won.
There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED, AS APPLICABLE.
Winner need not be present to win. The drawing will occur on Friday, June 6, June 13, June 20, Monday, July 7, Friday, July 11, July 18, July 25, August 1, August 8, August 15, August 22, 2014 at approximately 9:00 am. The winners will be notified via email on the same day after the selection process has been completed.
The Winners will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received for that week. The winner will be notified on the date listed above via email. There is a very short turnaround time to pick up these tickets.
CONDITIONS
Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.
Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.
The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
