1. The contest will begin on November 17, 2010 and end on December 21, 2010, midnight |

2. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s): online. |

3. One valid entry per registered contestant. |
| |
4. Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided. |

5. Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified. |

6. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest. |

7. Each user may only nominate one (1) person. Nominee must be or have been a U.S. Military Service member who served honorably and was wounded in the line of duty. |
| 2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS |

1. The contest is open to all KASA and KRQE viewers/users who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in New Mexico. Employees of KASA AND KRQE (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. |

2. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest. |
| 3. PRIZES |
| |
1. One winner will receive a complete roof replacement for free (value up to $15,000). All finalists besides the winner will receive a coupon for a 25% discount on any roof replacement. All nominees besides finalists will receive a coupon for a 20% discount on any roof replacement. All users that vote on the finalists will receive a coupon for a 10% discount on any roof replacement. |

2. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. |

3. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply. |
| 4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION |

1. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final. |

2. Submissions will be accepted from November 17, 2010 through December 12, 2010, 12 Midnight. Ten finalists will be selected by the judging panel. Finalist voting will take place from December 15, 2010 through December 21, 2010 at 12 Midnight. The finalist with the most votes will be announced as the winner on KASA FOX 2's New Mexico Style show on December 23, 2010.. |

4. Winners will be notified via email and will be posted on the winners tab. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. |

5. All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification. |
| 5. CONDITIONS |

1. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. |

2. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. |

3. KRQE - KASA reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. |

4. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest |

5. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest at any time, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. |

6. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station. |

7. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize. UPICKEM and KRQE - KASA are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God. |
