Get Along With Your Mom Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
1. HOW TO ENTER
a. Get Along With Your Mom Giveaway will begin on November 19, 2011 and end on November 30, 2011. This contest is sponsored by FOX network to promote the new show “I Hate My Teenage Daughter” which is set to air on 2 KASA FOX Wednesdays at 8:30pm MDT beginning on November 30th.
b. To participate in the contest, enter via the following method(s): Share your favorite mother daughter stories/experience, along with a photo under ‘Contests’ on www.kasa.com. All stories and photo submissions will be posted online at kasa.com.
c. Submissions begin November 19, 2011 8am and ending at 5pm on November 28th, 2011.
d. Submissions may not contain nudity, the intellectual property of others (including music, photographs, or video), or any other material deemed inappropriate in the sole discretion of the Station. Inappropriate submissions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Station.
e. The Station is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.
f. Only one prize will be awarded per person.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is only open to participants in the KRQE, KREZ, KBIM, KASA viewing areas. Must be 13 years of age or older and legally reside in New Mexico. Employees of KRQE, KREZ, KBIM, KASA (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the New Mexico area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
b. Winners are required to sign the contest release form.
3. PRIZES
a. The Get Along With Your Mom Giveaway contest will be giving away a total of:
Five (5) American Express Gift Cards approximate retail value of $100 each
One Grand Prize which includes two (2) $1000 American Express Gift Cards will be awarded to a mother & daughter pair chosen from all submissions.
Gift cards may carry their own expiration dates or other restrictions.
b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below during regular business hours. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five (45) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a. Winners will be chosen by a panel of station judges based on creativity and storytelling. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
» (5) $100 American Express Gift Cards will be awarded to the five best stories chosen by a panel of judges and announced on New Mexico Style Show which airs Monday – Friday 8am – 9am. Two will be announced on November 23rd, two will be announced on November 28th and one will be announced on November 29th.
» Grand Prize Winner will be chosen from all submissions and announce on New Mexico Style Show 8am – 9am on November 30th, 2011.
b. Winners will be notified by email then posted online here: http://www.kasa.com/subindex/participate/contests.
c. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received..
d. The winner does not need to listen or be present to win..
e. All entries will be approved before submitted and posted online. Approval of submission will occur during regular business hours, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm..
f. Winners must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be decided by station management. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize..
5. CONDITIONS.
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners of the grand prize will be required to sign an IRS 1099 form..
b. By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest..
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest..
d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.
Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station..
e. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize..

g. Any questions or technical issues regarding contest will be answered during regular business hours..
