New Mexico International Auto Show Ticket Giveaway
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
1. HOW TO ENTER
a. The New Mexico International Auto Show Ticket Giveaway will begin on Monday, April 9, 2012 at 12:00:00 am and end on Friday, April 13, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s): Contestants must log onto KASA.com, "Contests", and click on the New Mexico International Auto Show Ticket Giveaway to register to win.
c. KRQE | KASA, “The Station is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.”
d. One Entry per day per household. To be eligible for each day’s drawing, an individual must enter each day. That is, entries for Monday will not be used in Tuesday’s drawing.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to all KRQE | KASA viewers who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in KRQE | KASA viewing area. Employees of KRQE | KASA (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the KRQE | KASA viewing area and the members of their immediate families [AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS] are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest. A user is eligible to win only one Four-Pack of tickets within the contest dates, 4/9-13/2012.
3. PRIZES
a. Each day, 9th thru the 13th, the winner will receive a four-pack of tickets to attend the New Mexico International Auto Show at the Albuquerque Convention Center, parking is not included. The Albuquerque Convention Center is located at 401 2nd Street NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, 505.768.4575. Each Four-Pack is valued at $32.00, $8.00 per ticket. There are five Four-Packs, one for each day of the contest, 4/9, 10, 11, 12, and 13/2012.
b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-eight (48) hours of winning and another winner will be selected via random drawing.
c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED, AS APPLICABLE.
c. Winner need not be present to win. One winner will be selected each day at 2:00 pm (MDT) and will be notified via email.
d. The Winner will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all entries received. Winner will be notified by email on the selection dates: 4/9, 10, 11, 12, and 13/2012 by 5:00 pm (MST) each day and by 3:00 pm (MST) on 4/13/2012. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, or on Friday only by 4:00 pm, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize and another winner will be selected at random.
5. CONDITIONS
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
e. Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.
f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
g. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KRQE | KASA - 13 Broadcast Plaza, Albuquerque New Mexico 87104.
