1. HOW TO ENTER
The New Mexico State Fair Ticket Contest will begin on Monday, September 3, 2012 at 12:01:00 am and end on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 11:59:00 pm.
2012 will mark another banner year for live musical entertainment at the New Mexico State Fair. Tingley Coliseum will host two of country music’s hottest entertainers, Jake Owen and Jerrod Nieman. The 2012 New Mexico State Fair will feature them as part of the combined PRCA Rodeo and concert lineup.

There is one phase to the contest and 12 prize winners. The 12 winners will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all entries received for Prize A or Prize B.
Prize A: There are 10-4-packs of General Admission Tickets to the New Mexico State Fair. The winners will take the tickets to the entry gate for admission. Tickets may be used for admission one time only Monday, September 17 thru Sunday, September 23, 2012. State Fair hours are Monday thru Friday: Noon to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday: 11am to 10pm.

Prize B: There is one 4-pack of tickets each, to see Country star, Jake Owen with rodeo/General Admission on Thursday, September 20, 2012 and one 4-pack of tickets to see Country star Jerrod Niemann with rodeo/General Admission on Saturday, September 22, 2012. The winners will take the tickets to the entry gate for admission to the fair and the rodeo/concert. All rodeo-concerts events begin at 7 pm.
b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s): Contestants must log onto KASA.com, "Contests", and click on New Mexico State Fair Ticket Contest to register to win between Monday, September 3, 2012 at 12:01:00 am and end on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 11:59:00 pm.
c. KRQE | KASA, “The Station is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.”
d. One Entry per day for this contest.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to all KRQE | KASA viewers who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in KRQE | KASA viewing area. Employees of KRQE | KASA (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the KRQE | KASA viewing area and the members of their immediate families [AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS] are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.
3. PRIZES
There will be 12 winners selected at random by UPICKEM from all entries received for Prize A or Prize B.
The winners will receive the following prizes related to New Mexico State Fair Ticket Contest. There is one Phase to this contest.
Prize A: There are 10-4-packs of General Admission Tickets to the New Mexico State Fair. The winners will take the tickets to the entry gate for one-time admission. The tickets may be used for one-time admission Monday, September 17 thru Sunday, September 23, 2012. State Fair hours are Monday thru Friday: Noon to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday: 11am to 10pm. The retail value is $10 per ticket. Total Retail Value of each prize: $40. Total retail value of all ten packs: $400.

Prize B: There is one 4-pack of tickets each, to see Country star, Jake Owen with rodeo/General Admission on Thursday, September 20, 2012 and one 4-pack of tickets to see Country star Jerrod Niemann with rodeo/General Admission on Saturday, September 22, 2012. The winners will take the tickets to the entry gate for admission to the fair and the rodeo/concert. The retail value is $39 per ticket. Total retail value of each prize: $156. Total retail value of both prizes: $312 The rodeo/concerts will be held at Tingley Coliseum at EXPO New Mexico.
TOTAL RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $712.
Enjoy the New Mexico State Fair located at 300 San Pedro Blvd. N.E. in the heart of Albuquerque. The best way to get there is to take I-40 and exit at San Mateo or Louisiana, then South to EXPO New Mexico, which occupies the square block between San Pedro to the West and Louisiana to the East, Lomas to the North and Central to the South. Remember, left turns are not allowed onto the fairgrounds during fairtime. Right turns only.

b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-eight (48) hours of winning and another winner will be selected via random drawing.
c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED, AS APPLICABLE.
c. Winner need not be present to win. The winners will be notified via email on the following dates: Monday, September 17,
d. The Winner will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all entries received. Winners will be notified on the dates listed above via email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48 hours) or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize and another winner will be selected at random.
5. CONDITIONS
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
e. Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.
f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
