1. HOW TO ENTER
The Ultimate Globetrotters Prize Pack Contest will begin on Monday, January 21 at 12:01:00 am and ends on Thursday, January 31 at 9:00:00 am
The Harlem Globetrotters continue a world famous tradition of ball handling wizardry, basketball artistry, and one-of-a-kind family entertainment that continues to thrill fans of all ages.
Enter now for a chance to win the ultimate Globetrotters prize pack! The prize pack includes one (1) Globetrotters Autographed Basketball, one (1) T-Shirt, one (1) Player Meet & Greet and four (4) Courtside seats for a game at the Santa Ana Star Center on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 7:00 pm OR at The Pit on Sunday, February 3, 2012 at 1:00 pm.

There is one phase to the contest and one prize winner. The Winner will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all eligible entries received.
b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s): Contestants must log onto KASA.com, "Contests", and click on Ultimate Globetrotters Prize Pack Contest to register to win.
c. KRQE | KASA, “The Station is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.”
d. One Entry per person, per day for this contest.
Dates of entry begin on Monday, January 21 at 12:01:00 am and ends on Thursday, January 31 at 9:00:00 am
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to all KRQE | KASA viewers who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in KRQE | KASA viewing area. Employees of KRQE | KASA (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other television stations in the KRQE | KASA viewing area and the members of their immediate families [AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS] are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.
3. PRIZES
There will be one (1) winner selected at random by UPICKEM from all complete and eligible entries received. The winner will receive the following prizes related to the Ultimate Globetrotters Prize Pack; the approximate retail prize value is $450.
Prizes:
The prize pack includes (one each) Globetrotters Autographed Basketball, T-Shirt, Player Meet & Greet and Four (4) Courtside seats for either game.
b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within one (1) business day of winning and another winner will be selected via random drawing.
c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED, AS APPLICABLE.
c. Winner need not be present to win. The drawing will occur on Thursday, January 31, 2013. The winners will be notified via email and phone on Thursday, January 31, 2012 after 9:00:00 am.
d. The Winner will be selected at random by UPICKEM from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified on the date listed above via email and phone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within one (1) business day or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize and another winner will be selected at random. If prize(s) are not picked up by the winner within 30 days, the prize is forfeited and returned to the sponsor.
5. CONDITIONS
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, participants agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. The Website’s Terms of Service apply to any online portions of this Contest.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. “If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
e. Failure to comply with the contest rules or the Station’s website Terms of Service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.
f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
g. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KRQE | KASA - 13 Broadcast Plaza, Albuquerque New Mexico 87104.
