OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The contest will begin on May 13, 2013, at 12:01 a.m. MDT and end on May 17, 2013, at 7:00 a.m. MDT. Enter contest to win one (1) of two (2) pairs of tickets to Tim McGraw’s “Two Lanes of Freedom 2013 Tour, presented by Pennzoil” on June 13, 2013 at 7 p.m. at Isleta Amphitheater, 5601 University Blvd. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87105 and chance for one (1) Grand Prize winner, chosen from two (2) winners, and guest to receive V.I.P. Pass to meet Tim McGraw. Contest prizes provided by Red Light Management (the Sponsor).

b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following web page:  http://krqe.com  and click on the Tim McGraw ticket giveaway under KRQE Links and fill out the entry form.   Incomplete entries will not be eligible to win. 

c. KRQE-TV/krqe.com (the Station) is not responsible for Internet transmission errors, illegible entries, telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent transmitting his/her entry.  Entrant is responsible for all on-line charges incurred by internet service provider.

d. Limit one entry per person.  Duplicate entries not eligible.

e. All entries become the property of the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the status of any entry.

f. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Contest Rules and the website terms of service.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years or older at the time of entry, who are residents of KRQE-TV viewing areas.  Employees, officers, and directors (and members of the immediate families or households of each) of the Sponsor and KRQE-TV and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with this contest, are not eligible to participate.  Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

3. PRIZES

a. Two (2) prize winners to each receive a pair of concert tickets to “Tim McGraw’s Two Lanes of Freedom 2013” Presented by Pennzoil at Isleta Amphitheater in Albuquerque, NM on June 13, 2013 at 7p.m. Total value of prizes: $180 per ticket pair.   One (1) Grand Prize winner, chosen from two (2)  ticket prize winners will be given a V.I.P. pass  to meet with Tim McGraw (Sponsor is solely responsible for the Grand Prize implementation).  Grand Prize value: $750. Contest prizes provided by Red Light Management  :Sponsor. 

b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at KRQE-TV, 13 Broadcast Plaza SW, Albuquerque, NM 87104, during regular business hours of 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.  Winner must show a valid government-issued New Mexico State driver’s license or photo identification before receiving prize.  The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed by May 26, 2013 at 5 p.m..  In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss.  The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. 

c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Sponsor and/or Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

d. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS form and W-9 or the equivalent.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of the Sponsor and station management with respect to the contest are final.

b.One (2) winners will be selected on May 17 between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., with grand prize winner selected on May 17th from the two (2) ticket winners.  Two (2) prize winners will be selected by the station, at random, from all eligible contest entries.  The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from the two ticket winners. The prize winners will be contacted via email by the Sponsor and/or Station by 5p.m. the day of drawing.

c. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

d. Winner(s) list will be available at www.krqe.com  contest winners’ list after May 20, 2013.  Winner(s) will be contacted by a Station representative.   Winner(s) will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form before receiving prize.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize and an alternate winner may be chosen by random drawing.

5. CONDITIONS

a.  By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, the Sponsor, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

d. The Station and the sponsor reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.  If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.  Sponsor bears sole responsibility for cancellation of the concert by weather or other reasons and winners will be subject to sponsor’s policies regarding such cancellation as any other ticket holder.

e. Failure to comply with the contest rules or the website terms of service may result in an entrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

g. A list of winners will be available during regular business hours at the main studio of KRQE-TV, 13 Broadcast Plaza SW, Albuquerque, NM 87104.
